Pricing tailored to your portfolios
Every CapLens deployment is set up for the client: your entities, markets, users and modules, hosted on a server we manage. So instead of fixed plans, you get a custom quote after a short demo.
How getting a quote works
1. Live demo
A 30-minute walkthrough on the product, built around your portfolios, markets and reporting. You decide whether it fits. Nothing to install or buy to take this step.
2. Scope and proposal
We agree what you need: entities and accounts, users and roles, modules, data to migrate and where it will be hosted. You receive one written proposal with a fixed scope and quote.
3. Implementation
We deploy your private CapLens on a hosted server, configure master data and access, load history and opening positions, check the numbers with you and train your team.
4. Go-live and support
Your team works in the live system while we handle hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and support.
A private system, not a shared one
Your own database
Your portfolios, transactions and history live in a database that is yours alone, not mixed with other clients.
Configured to you
Entities, bankers, accounts, base currency, markets, benchmarks, users and roles are set up around how you operate.
Data migration
Opening positions and history are loaded, back-dated entries are replayed, and snapshots are rebuilt so reports tie out from day one.
Training
Hands-on sessions for operations, reporting and research users, using your own data.
Hosting and backups
Managed server, scheduled backups, monitoring and security updates, so your team does not run infrastructure.
Updates and support
New releases are applied for you, and a named contact answers questions as you go.
Where it runs
The default is a dedicated server set up for you and managed by us. If your policy requires it, CapLens can instead be installed in your own environment, such as a private cloud or your servers. We settle this in the scoping step.
- Dedicated installation per client
- HTTPS, scheduled backups and monitoring
- Optional local AI model so assistant prompts stay private
- Market-data and FX sources configured with you
What shapes the proposal
- Legal entities and accounts to model
- Number of users and roles
- Modules in scope, for example Quant Lab or private equity
- Volume of history to migrate
- Hosting choice and support level
We quote against this scope, so you pay for what you actually use.
Pricing FAQ
Why is there no price list?
Scope varies a lot between clients: one family office with a handful of accounts is a very different setup from a group with many entities and years of history. A proposal against your real scope is more honest than a generic plan.
Can we try it before we commit?
The live demo is the first step, and we can run it on scenarios you bring. If you want to go further before committing, we can agree a limited pilot as part of the proposal.
Who hosts it and who can see our data?
Your installation and database are dedicated to you. Access is limited to your users, plus the minimum support access we agree with you. If you prefer, we install it in your own environment.
Are market-data feeds included?
CapLens loads prices and FX from data providers into your database. Production use may call for a licensed data feed, which we will scope with you.
Can we start with some modules and add others later?
Yes. All modules share one data model, so adding Quant Lab or private equity later does not mean re-implementing anything.
How long does implementation take?
It depends mainly on the amount of history to migrate and the number of entities. The proposal gives a dated plan instead of a generic promise.
